After 21 years in Texas real estate, we realized there was a major gap in the market. I kept seeing incredible lots, but no one was building the kind of homes we loved, authentic Midcentury Modern design with clean lines, post and beam construction, indoor outdoor flow, and that effortless soul you feel in Palm Springs. So, we decided to bring that spirit to the Texas Hill Country and build them ourselves.  We've been building custom homes since 2018, and that experience shaped what would eventually become Live Midcentury Custom Homes. We wanted a company that values transparency, craftsmanship, and heart. We handle everything from finding the perfect lot to handing over the keys to a fully furnished, turnkey home. Every detail matters because the people we build for matter.

Our clients are typically relocating from California or more specifically Palm Springs, drawn to the architecture, the light, and the lifestyle that comes with it. They want homes that are intentional, artistic, and timeless, not just another new build. That’s what we deliver.

Live Midcentury Custom Homes isn’t just a business to us, it’s a purpose. Each home we build is designed to leave a legacy, both in design and in giving back. Our goal is to build one home a year for a deserving family, bringing in vendors and partners to contribute materials and labor they can write off as charitable donations.
